GEDCOM is the long-standing interchange format for genealogy data, exported by Ancestry, FamilySearch, Gramps, and most family-tree software. Its line-based records describe individuals (INDI), families (FAM), and the events that link them. Our viewer parses the records locally and lets you browse people and families.
