TCX (Training Center XML) is Garmin's format for recorded workouts. Unlike plain GPX it carries activity structure — laps, distance, heart rate, cadence, and calories — alongside the GPS track. Our viewer parses it locally, draws the route on a map, and summarizes the activity.
